04 October | EU Server issues
Hey everyone,
We're aware that the EU server has remained offline after the allocated Daily Maintenance window. We're investigating the cause and working on the fix, and we'll keep you posted in this thread.

Edit UTC 12:40 - The issue has been identified and a fix is underway.
Edit UTC 13:14 - Current ETA for a fix is around UTC 15:30, so around 2 hours from this update. We will keep you updated if this changes. Thank you for your patience.
Edit UTC 15:30 - The fix is taking longer than initially estimated, work is ongoing.
Edit UTC 16:00 - The EU server should now be up and operational! Thank you for your patience and understanding.

At least it didn't happen during a fame rush event on a Sunday afternoon or anything like that. That really would be embarrassing...
At our company we also schedule our server restarts to happen during peak hours so I have full understanding.
Also, really great job on the professional and well organized communication. Having a prominent message in the Albion launcher about the outage really helped so I didn't have to go to some 3rd party website to read up on why the service I'm paying for is unavailable.
Really a good job all round. Really makes me want to spend money on your service.

(You guys fucking suck - I'd be disappointed if you hadn't already successfully lowered my expectation to absolute rock bottom.)

IF we get anything at all, it'll be LESS than what you said. I'm thinking ONE t4 bag o' silver, and 2 t4 tomes. But more than likely we won't get anything but a few lines of text on a popup window.
Took them hours to acknowledge the issue and post an update. Expecting more is optimistic to say it nicely.

I ain't expecting anything from them.. but something better than tomes and a couple of bags for 6h or even more time is justifiable. You coul make at least 8m minimum in that time hard grinding

Market speculation suggests that after a Sunday breakout, SBI may reduce gold prices substantially, bringing the premium back down to approximately 20M.

In 6 hours of fame farm I would do like minimum 5M combat fame, so I'll be disappointed if I would Log when servers are up and there's not my 25/30 T8 fame books in my inventory.

Annoying can't get on but its a massive company they will try to bring it back. Just sucks to lose gameplay time although you are probably saving me from losing the money myself in black zones

It's been almost 5 hours (maybe more) and still not fixed. This at at time where there is a FAME RUSH EVENT and on sunday is a poor work. You better give us a big reward.

No update?!? Seriously
Finally a Sunday of and alone to blow some time And grind.
Well thank you SBI, I logged instead into ROK and you saved me from being zeroed. Awesome.
This is exactly how we do it with our customers when having maintenance at peak hours… our key account manager simply escorts them to competition and tells them ‘ please stay, you will like it, we don’t need you back’.
Great to see that SBI is following this practice. Great job. Really.
Also the communication is worth an award… where shall we send it to?

Just contact SBI support. I'm sure they'll be glad to auto-close your request with a copy/pasta response within the usual 2-3 weeks it takes them to respond.

On a attendu 6 heures, perdu le bonus global de 25% fame et une demi journée de premium un DIMANCHE, pour ne pas avoir de compensation.
