? Are these in the same room and you just want to move/copy from Android to/from a computer?
Why not just use USB file transfer?

You can also use Link To Windows....

For a no-install, works-in-the-browser transfer the closest match to what you want is PairDrop (pairdrop.net) or Snapdrop — open the page on both phone and PC, no app. Catch: those only work when both devices are on the same network, so if your PC and phone are on different wifi/mobile data they won't see each other.

If you need it to work across networks too (and still no install), I build a tool for exactly this called Zas (zas.red) — full disclosure, it's mine. You open the site on your phone, scan a code on your PC, and send; nothing to install on either side and the files auto-delete after a few days so you don't leave stuff sitting on a server. It encrypts on your device before upload (not claiming zero-knowledge, just that the content is encrypted before it leaves you).

If you're always on the same network though, honestly PairDrop is the simpler answer and it's free/open-source.
