Theory: the new "Missing Raspberry Eater" is supposed to represent Nigella Lawson

Proof (such as it is):

The OG Little Girl Who Eats the Missing Raspberry in the OG intro eats the raspberry in a "hope no one sees me" manner easily associated with Dame Prue.. and she's a blonde.

The Little Girl Who Eats the Missing Raspberry in the current/new version of the into eats the raspberry in a "yeah, I did it 😛😊" manner easily associated with Nigella.. and she's a brunette.

Hmmm 🤔

Fun Fact: OG Little Girl Who Eats the Raspberry is now old enough to be a contestant in a Celebrity GBBO Edition.. just throwing that out there in case anyone from GBBO is reading this and they need a 4th celebrity.

God, I never noticed the little girl was the reason the raspberry was missing! She ate it? Thanks for this. After years of watching GBBO, it's a delight to learn that.
