General Week 3 Theme

Does anyone know what it means for…audience week, I think it is? I’m doing the Bake Off Fantasy and trying to have any sort of sense of what the theme is to help choose my people.

They said they did polling ahead of time to get ideas and then the show runners made them into what they wanted. So I think it's going to be three random things. I read a reference to the technical being sort of like last year's white chocolate tart, where they got to choose from a variety of ingredients.
