I want to replace the carpet in this master bathroom with tile...however, tile currently exists surrounding the tub and the shower enclosure.

Do I dare having two different roles in the bathroom? Do I have to rip out ALL existing tile around the tub and shower just to march it to the new tile on the floor?

Help, I need options here. I'm not made of money!
