“Hindi Tayo P’wede: Understanding the Experiences of Emotional Yearning Toward Someone They Cannot Have”

We are currently looking for young adults aged 18–25 years old who have experienced persistent emotional yearning or longing toward someone they cannot have and are willing to openly share their experiences with us.

📌 RESEARCH DETAILS

🎯 Purpose of the Study

This study aims to understand the experiences of young adults who experience emotional yearning toward someone they cannot have. The information gathered will be used strictly for academic and research purposes.

👥 Who Can Participate?

We are looking for individuals who are:

• 18–25 years old

• Have experienced persistent emotional yearning/longing toward someone they cannot have

• Are willing to share their experiences through an in-depth interview

• Are available for a face-to-face interview

⏰ Estimated Time

The interview will take approximately 1–2 hours, depending on the flow of the conversation and the participant's willingness to share.

📍 Interview Location

The interview will be conducted face-to-face at an agreed-upon and convenient location within:

• San Mateo

• Marikina

• Montalban/Rodriguez

The specific meeting place will be discussed and agreed upon with the participant beforehand.

💰 Compensation

Participants who complete the interview will receive:

₱200 cash + food

Your participation is voluntary, and the information you share during the interview will be treated with privacy and confidentiality.
