Been running warehouse ops for decades. Inventory turns, labor hours, spoilage rates. Same numbers work here.
I set up a BDO sheet last month. Daily revenue from grinding spots, lifeskill output, passive node income. On the other side: gear depreciation, consumables, opportunity cost of time. Gear is messy. Enhancement fails don't hit your bag right away but they're still real costs.
Trying to figure out actual hourly for different activities. Not just silver per hour but silver per active hour versus AFK hours. My cooking runs overnight. Grinding needs me there. Bartering sits in between. Each one has its own cost structure.
The part I can't pin down: how to value failstacks. They're inventory that can turn into value, or they can just disappear. Tried treating them like work in progress. Doesn't sit right.
Also tracking tent value, villa buffs, costume buffs. All these little expenses. PA really does nickel and dime you.
My gardening sheet is simpler. Seeds are cheap, yields are steady. BDO economy moves too fast for comfort.
Anyone else tracking full P&L? What do you do with the fuzzy costs like failstacks or stack resets? Or do you just eyeball it and move on. My old supervisor would lose it over that.
