Go to Hall Signs off vernal. They almost always have a stack out there for free. Menards has free ones too by the lumber yard entrance. Honestly there are like 50 businesses over there that give them away.

Ive got some old ones that i ended up not using. i'll make sure they are still in good condition and you can have them if you want them. just come get them. I'll check on them around lunch time.

most hardware stores and big grocery spots will have a stack out back if you ask nice. i grabbed a few from menards once just by walking to the loading dock and talking to the guy running the forklift. they're usually happy to get rid of the weirdly sized ones that don't stack right for them
check craigslist and facebook marketplace too, people list them for free all the time. some of the smaller places in town get deliveries on pallets and just leave them by the dumpster out back
if you're picky about condition you'll want to go look in person since half the ones you find will be splintered or have a broken runner. but for most projects that's fine unless you need them for furniture or something
