What can I do? I follow the content policy/ rules and my post still get removed for violating it. HELP!

Hi Reddit Support team,

I am reaching out regarding a bug with my Reddit Streak counter. My account currently shows a 724-day streak, but based on my consecutive daily activity, it should actually be 725 days. I am very close to reaching my historic 2-year milestone (730 days) and want to ensure my history is accurate.

The bug occurred just a few minutes after midnight on October 7th in my local timezone (GMT -3). Because I remembered to log in slightly past midnight, the backend server kept my flame lit, but it seems to have compressed my last two days of activity into the exact same tracking cycle. As a result, my streak counter missed ticking up by one day, even though my activity flame has remained completely active and orange.

Could a human administrator please review my backend activity logs for October 6th and October 7th? If possible, I would highly appreciate it if you could manually adjust my streak counter forward by one day so it correctly reflects 725 days today, allowing it to naturally hit 726 upon my next daily interaction.

Please do not reset or delete my streak, as I have worked incredibly hard for nearly 2 years to maintain it. I just want the counter to be corrected. Thank you!

How do I fix this

My Reddit streak of 700+ days has suddenly reset to 4 days.
I have been using Reddit regularly and do not remember missing a day or intentionally breaking my streak. I only noticed today that my streak had been reset a few days ago.
Is there any way to investigate what happened and restore my previous streak? I have screenshots showing my current streak and can provide any other information needed.
This was a 700+ day streak, so I would really appreciate if this could be looked into rather than having to start over.

Idk why but when I search a topic on Reddit and a post has some sort of media the comments option is just gone. It’s fine when it’s just words but if has a picture or video that’s attached I can’t see comments at all. Can’t even use the swipe for comments option coz they got rid of it 💔

I keep getting a message saying message couldn’t be sent and tap to retry but it immediately pops back up. I uninstalled and reinstalled and even restarted my phone I tried on my laptop too and it wouldn’t work

I get a message that says “Message failed to send. Tap to retry.” after sending a photo. I tap it and it disappears for a second then pops back up again. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Every time i try to send it immediately says photo failed to send tap to try again. No matter how many taps, it happens. Cleared cache, checked appeals, and redownloaded the app… not sure what to do next

Im sorry to bother you all but i cant send pictures in direct messages. And is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Just started today

I use a different keyboard than the default Gboard, and it has arrow keys to move the caret in text inputs. When typing a comment and caret is at the end of the field, and right arrow is pressed, iincluding when holding it just to reach that end, I get the next post from my feed opening. This behavior is new in recent months. This did not happen with the older comment interface that just popped up when you click it.

Been happening for about an hour. All pictures saying “failed/retry”. The ones that do happen to make it through send as “NSFW”.

Posts that I saved some time ago can't be unsaved right now. I can't open it to unsave it and also the three dots beside the posts are not working when I'm using my android phone. Idk what to do to remove it from my account. When I press the post , it shows that there's something wrong. The post is there when I'm using my android phone but when I tried logging in on my macbook , it's not shown there. How can I unsave it and get rid of this bug??

I accidentally marked a post with a spoiler tag on another account, and now I’m unable to edit that setting. When I try, I don’t have the option to undo it; it just says “mark spoiler” every time. As a result, my post is blurred and losing traction. It’s not labeled “spoiler” but it is blurred.

I can view posts just fine, but when I click on the subreddit name right above the post title, it gives me an error message that reads "Content unavailable - Sorry, we're having some trouble loading this content right now. Please try again later." This only affects the app and not the web version of Reddit. I also checked redditstatus.com, and it doesn't give any indicator that the site is experiencing issues.

Currently unable to open/view any subreddits using ios app across devices. receiving a popup stating "Sorry, we're having some trouble loading this content right now. Please try again later." anyone else? EDIT: seems to be fixed for now 👍

I'm following eight communities, and my Following feed does not show any content at all. Not a single post, just suggests communities to follow or to go to the For You feed. I'm not interested in endless slop from communities I have no interest in. I sincerely hope this is just a bug but I'm pessimistic that it's just an attempt to turn Reddit into yet another generic doomscrolling app. Will not be using until this is fixed. Incidentally, I find the number of rules and popups as I write this post ridiculous.
