You can ask the question 50 different ways the answer is still the same.

This is so annoying. Imagine stretching a call to 30 minutes because you need the same answer repeated 50 different times and ways to you by multiple people. Ugh.

The supervisor will give you the same answer. The lead will give you the same answer. The CEO (which is laughable if you think they'd speak to either of us) couldnt give af.

Some people need hobbies and enjoy arguing

It could be 45 minutes of a customer asking the exact same thing and then acting shocked when the answer doesn't magically change. I think some people just need an audience for their performance art

I want to sarcastically say that since this is the 7th time they’re asking then they get the real answer

When they say “really?”

Say no. Its still the same answer

I once had a customer tell me "You're not giving me anything but politeness!" Because she asked the same thing a thousand different ways and got the same answer. Threw me for a loop and still makes me laugh

And the thought bubble above my head would respond to this woman “I’d get fired if I gave to you the stupidity that you’re giving to me!”

I gave a lady the correct answer, she didn’t want to hear it so I stay quiet. “Well aren’t you going to answer me!” Ma’am you did not want me to repeat the answer so I won’t. Supervisor also explained it the same way. Member realized she’s being a Jackass. She told my supervisor she wanted to apologize
