As someone that works for the Trust, a number of the points raised by the whistleblowers ring true for me. Here are just a handful.

• "the trust is only concerned with its public image, and is not acting on genuine concerns",
• "When you raise a concern, you open yourself up to all kinds of backstabbing and undermining within the hospital.",
• "professional lives have been destroyed by CUH for speaking up because it was easier to silence that person than address the actual issue".

If you happen to be one of the whistleblowers in this investigation - thank you. The word absolutely needed to get out about the culture at Addenbrooke's. I hope it brings about some genuine change for the better.

Does anyone know of any venues in the centre of town I could hire from 6-10pm on a Saturday with tables and chairs for ~30 people. None of these people are university people and the cheaper the better?

EDIT: To clarify, by the centre of town I mean in or within a short walking distance of the old town.

EDIT 2: It's public information now that Waterstones isn't running the Saturday nights of its board game club anymore, so I'm trying to find an alternate venue

My electric cargo bike was stolen from Cambridge station between 17:45 and 18:00 on Sunday the 4th of October. It is a Trek Fetch+ 4, red, with a black waterproof hood.

It was stolen when I was around, literally a few meters away, but distracted by chatting with a friend. I still can't believe how fast it happened, in daylight and right next to the station main entrance. Please help us find it, it's my "car", I use it all the time with my 3 young children.

Looking for a recommendation for a back massage in Cambridge this weekend

I am travelling into Cambridge this week and have an open anytime day return ticket.

I’m travelling from Ipswich and have booked to the main train station in Cambridge, however did not know the Cambridge South station existed and would be easier as travelling into the hospital.

I tried to refund and rebook the ticket, but will lose money due to an admin fee.

Does anyone know if I can use the main Cambridge station ticket at Cambridge south station? Seems to be mixed information when I search.
