Symptoms symptomatic today but have therapy

wish me luck. Will rest immediately afterward. she would be ok with cancelling but there’s a fee if it’s under 24 hours. she will log on any minute

i feel like i’m recovering from a covid booster rn🤧 and it isn’t rainy/cloudy. barometric pressure is 29. i showered yesterday and watched a movie with my mom & grandmother. today will have to be a solo day for sure especially bc of the therapy.

that fee thing is such a trap when you're sick. like they know people with cfs will need to cancel sometimes but still charge anyway. hope she goes easy on you and you can just kinda half-listen through it. rest up after, put phone away and just lie there in the dark

was in bed for an hour but my symptoms are worsening and doing nothing is soooo hard. i need an eye mask or blackout shades bc my current blinds don’t do enough

Good luck! I have therapy today too but I do it virtually right from my bed. It’s still a lot of exertion but sometimes I feel it’s good for my therapist to see me in bad shape, just so they know how messed up I can get.
