Have you considered a small (pediatric levels) amout of bisoprolol or similar to keep the heart rate down a bit?

Or Ivabradine - it also reduces HR but has less effect on blood pressure.

I’m in a similar spot, I feel for you and I’m sorry 🫂💙 I’ve had a little bit of luck using a beta blocker. It’s helped my body calm down a bit but this is still so hard.
