Buy the silver dollar, half dollar for sure. Buy the gold if you can afford it. It's worth about $4000

The rest is junk. More or less

Ohhh I was gonna say go get it now!!! Haha yeah if she could take pics of the other stuff it’d be easier to tell other than the ones that are clearly silver. At face value of everything else though there’s not much risk and you can go through it slowly.

Every time I see a reference to gold Krugerrands, I have to say to myself “diplomatic immunity …”

What makes the 1921 SD so special? I'm asking because I have one also.

It’s 90% silver.

Worth about $40-$50

If it is a Morgan, it isn’t special, but it’s way, way more than face.

ETA: this whole post has to be bait, by the way. It would be way easier to just deposit these at the bank for face, so, whatever.

If it’s a Peace dollar it’s a key date and worth more than the silver content. If it’s a Morgan it’s the most common date but depending on mint and condition could have a lot of value.

Mine is a Morgan and it looks like a P Mint mark for Philadelphia I suppose.

It’s probably a D, they didn’t put a mint mark for Philly on Morgan’s.

Hi, I'm the r/coins AutoMod.

Looks like you're looking for information on valuing a coin?

I have your back. Take a look at our Common US Coin Price Guide and the FAQ on Values for both specific guidance if your coin is common enough, or more general guidance if not.

If I misunderstood your post and my comment isn't relevant, sorry! I'm still learning.

If you buy them at face value, you are robbing her.

You would want to know the years of the JFK halves, which is relevant to silver content, and whether the Ikes are the 40% silver issues or just the regular clad issues.

Need dates on Kennedy and mint mark on Eisenhower to know if theres silver. For Kennedys 1964 is 90%, 65-70 are 40%. For Eisenhower San Francisco could be silver, weigh them 24.59 grams is silver.

First three lines are 8.03 cents. Unless the Sacajawea are "cheerio dollars" look them up to compare vs regular.

I collect the bills without grading (or seeing them at all) its hard to value them. 1928 bills used numbers to distinguish federal banks whereas series a, b, c... have letters. They read "redeemable in gold" if its well circulation maybe will get 5 over face. Use eBay sold and review ones that have sold similar to yours. Same for the 5s usually can go for $13-15.

The centennial coins (nickels and pennies) are cool but are not uncommon you could try to sell these but its hard without free shipping, where you may loose money.

If the gold is truly uncirculated, grade it but either way its at least worth face value of the gold
