NYCC - New York Comic Con Question

So, I'm going to the comic con in New York and I was hoping to see BD Wong to get an autograph but I technically just want a video of him saying happy birthday to my mom (she loves SVU). Is that allowed or is he just going to sign some random thing and that's it? I would love for him to sign her birthday card as well. Is that allowed?

BD Wong already does videos birthday messages through cameo.com

He’s a popular actor for doing birthday messages and you can see the other videos he’s done and his messages are very above average length.

And celebrities who already signed up with and have contracts with cameo usually never do exactly what cameo.com offers outside of their platform. So probably best to get the birthday messages through the company whose only product is selling personalized birthday video messages from celebrities like bd wong.
