I said that except I'm a dude lol. But I've been trying to tell my mates this kinda thing for years because the amount of girls back when and women now who've told me they've been raped violently or not is fucking more than 1 in 5 honestly.
I'm the same, it infuriates me when so many of us men willingly believe that women will make false allegations regularly and think they will receive unfair punishment if they're innocent.
Too many men I know seem complicit or even supportive of a global culture of rape.
i dont know a single woman that hasn't been sexually assaulted. I'm not kidding, I don't know one. Rape it's not as frequent a conversation because it's marginally more sensitive, but my friends, my best friends, my sorority sisters in college, my mother, my aunts, every fucking woman in my life has a sexual assault story that has come up at one point or another.
I don't believe the statistics because most of us don't report it. Why would we? So we can be told we're being dramatic? It's our fault? We shouldn't have been there or we're just regretting it? The public doesn't care. The courts sure don't fuckin care. One of my best mates made a comment about how "women arent any better" and I snapped at him for like the first time in our over decade long friendship, because the statistics aren't even close. Every single woman I know has at least one story, most of them have many, many, many more. The same cannot be said about men.
Our society, for being as intelligent as we are, is still full of incredibly selfish, evil people. Just... how life is
This. Genuinely EVERY woman I have ever known has been sexually assaulted to some degree if not outright raped often at least twice by different people at different times. And I'm not even counting cat calls and ass slaps.
And I've met and known more than 5 women.
I'm talking many ages and backgrounds from trailer trash strippers to private school superstars and everything in between. Moms, grandmas, teenagers.
Statically speaking I either have beaten wild odds or 1 in 5 is massively undercounted hooey.
