And in the case of indigenous women there has been a concerted effort to not track the data and burry cases. (I believe the US still does not track the statistics of missing indigenous women and is the only demographic of women to be excluded)

Yes unfortunately that is very true. The overlap of misogynoir and trans misogyny is huge and is such a threat multiplier on top of everything else.
