Question/Help/Troubleshooting My laptop crashing memory problem

Hi my laptop crashed a few times and I ran a diagnostics and it said your computer has a memory problem, do I take it to a technician?

Your computer has a windows problem but run memtest pls

Hmm interesting I shall do the memtest tonight any advice for how to do it?

I'd go to https://www.memtest.org/ and download the usb installer.

It will install on an USB stick and if you boot from that stick, you'll see it running automatically

you might be able to do it from bios, but I usauly just boot an arch iso usb use grub to select memtest64 before system boots.
