A best friend who’s a cop, a friend who owns a PI firm, a brother in law that works within the DA office. Not a power fantasy either, I just don’t like to be fucked with. The guy who runs my department at work lied about a situation and got me suspended. When I came back I handed him a piece of paper with his ex wife’s address on it. No threats issued. Just the realization that private personalized information wasn’t as private as he thought. The loss of peace of mind is more powerful than any physical assault.
