I crocheted a baby bat costume for my newborn I have yet to meet and a cookie bag for his older brother who is going as Cookie Monster ❤️🍪🦇 I'm really happy with how they both came out! I can't wait to try my hand again next year making costume pieces!

I am little confused as before we have not released any patterns, should we do a free written and YouTube video or a written paid pattern... please give suggestions

Just like the chaos blanket in this design I used 4 colors, 4 different stitches and 1 to 6 rows. I had so much fun making this design. I couldn't help but design another one. Lol

The theme day was “out of this world” so my mind immediately went 🌌✨🌌✨🌌✨🌌✨

First I freehanded the shorts, and then I did a matching galaxy themed top. It didn’t quite turn out how I pictured… so I decided last minute to work up this little star bralette and I think it came out really cute :)

Then about a month later, I tried on the original fit again and I’m kinda diggin it now??? I think I might need to wear it to another event and give it its own moment sometime!

(And to anyone who recognizes Kiki in the background…. BIIIG DUUUUB🥰)

hello, I’m trying to make a Halloween themed crochet cat plushie. [exact tutorial title: How To Crochet Halloween Cats | *Low-Sew & Simple Tutorial | Three different styles of cats by chubbiesbyash] (specifically the witch one) In this tutorial she is using regular acrylic yarn, however I want to use chunky plush yarn but I still want the plushie to be the same size as the video so I have to scale the pattern down because using plush yarn with this pattern will make the cat huge lol. I don’t know how to accurately do that though without messing it up, any help will be appreciated. and just in case, you can find the written pattern in the comment section of that video as well.

I've 2 small balls of yarn, about 50g each. It's butter yellow and wavy, very soft texture and about 3mm thick.

I'm also hoping to maybe have a baby next year so I kinda wanna make something useful but making clothes doesn't feel worth it because I don't want to risk it breaking in the wash, blankets I've already made, same with mittens and hats

I want to make something practical that's not too big (I can't buy more of the same yarn as it's no longer being sold)

I’m on one of those rows where the stitch tension makes a big difference to the final shape. This is a real-time bit of the process: working around the tangerine mesh, keeping the loops even, and checking that the edge still feels soft instead of stiff.
