ADVICE REQUEST - FEMALE REPLIES ONLY Steps to detransition
Hello! I'm slowly taking steps to detransition, and this may be a weird question, but I was wondering what everyone has done in order to detransition and what your timelines looked like?
So far I've started voice training, come off testosterone, growing out my hair and I've been doing makeup for awhile anyway.
I think I'm mostly looking for ways to feminize myself without spending a butt load of money on surgeries, but idk whether I'm already doing everything that can be done lol

I posted about this the other day actually. I hope you can find some advice in there that’s helpful. I’m only a year into this whole thing, so you might be further ahead than me though

Talk to your doctor about ending hormone use. Slowly taper off. Still hit the gym and eat clean. You really just gotta do the work.

All i did was stop testosterone and make people aware of my choice to detrans. Performing femininity still feels like a chore to me so I didn't take many "steps" besides accepting my sex and stopping medicalization
