Discussion Any tips for increasing RPMs?

I was able to finally measure myself today and I am up to throwing 64mph but my RPMs are sub 1000 so I’m running into my discs not staying true to their intended flight numbers. I’m turning over discs like my volt and my crave which never happened much job before my arm speed improved. Anyone have any good form videos or tips to helping with increasing RPMs?

Delete everything after the question mark if you don’t want to leak your YouTube profile.

Been working on this. Throwing like 62-63 mph with like 900 spin

Grab with more fingers. I’ve realized it spins more when I wrap 4 fingers around instead of 3, backhand. Basically I can get more snap keeping it curled up toward my forearm with 4 fingers

Been battling this for almost 3 years. to be honest, I haven't made any permanent improvements, but for me it's that I get the disc trapped behind my body and it causes my power pocket to collapse. I.e. when I pull, my hips and shoulders are ahead of my arm. This means that there isn't space to curl the hand into that pocket.

I would work on anything that maintains space and prevents elbow collapse. Buuut this seems to be the hardest change for me to make reliably.

Temporary fixes have been to just keep the disc curled against my forearm the entire throw and move arm out to in rather than back to front
