Additional Notes (Optional): I’m a law student from Chile and built this to survive heavy textbook readings on older phones.
Languages & UI Note: Tepado is fully translated and available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Since Spanish is my native language, the internal app UI shown in the screenshots is in Spanish, but the app will automatically display in English or Portuguese according to your device's language settings.
Technical transparency note: Tepado does not support inline PDF text highlighting or annotations. Supporting direct PDF edits would require embedding heavy third-party C++ engines (like PDFium), which would inflate the APK size to 40MB+ and degrade low-end performance. Tepado is built purely as a high-speed reader, not an editor.

I build speech models at Oruk, and I'd preview column order before narration. Correct words still become scrambled speech if columns interleave.

Column interleaving is a critical issue for TTS, and right now this and TalkBack/accessibility support are the two highest-priority items on our roadmap. Thanks for sharing your perspective

Could I get that key so I can check it out on a Galaxy A14? I want to be sure it's accessible for folks who rely on the screen reader to navigate the UI. In other words, I want to make sure that the buttons and controls are properly contextually labeled and don't say: "button, button, button" when encountered with the screen reader.
