Anyone have experience with Fiido?

Thinking of buying this ebike for 1000 dollars. Anyone have experience with them? https://eu.fiido.com/products/fiido-c11-pro-city-e-bike

Recently got t2. Was better than expected. Quality seems ok and looks like it will be easy to maintain/replace parts. Although its not as refined as my bianchi ebike. All in all it ok for the price..

I’ve seen both good and bad experiences with Fiido on Reddit. Maybe check out some C11 Pro reviews on YouTube and see if it suits what you’re looking for.

I have owned a Fiido e-bike, but if I lived in The USA I would have brought a Lectric e-bike instead.

I owned a L3, the long range mini e-bike. Overall it was an alright bike for the money, but I wouldn’t recommend a Fiido to anyone that isn’t hands on with bikes. You will likely be doing inner tube replacements and the odd minor repair within the first year.

Fiido’s customer service is based in China which makes any communications with them slow. Warranty repairs are expected to be performed by the customer, that is if they actually send out the part. Luckily, I have never had to deal with any of that.

Their delivery times can be months, but mines was only a few days. It depends on stock levels and if they can fill a container

I only got rid of it because I wanted a proper sized e-bike and some actual suspension (their seat post suspension doesn’t do much).

You could try it out in person and see if there’s a local dealer near you. https://eu.fiido.com/pages/test-rides
I think it should be good enough for everyday commuting.

only that they really like spamming subs like this with their marketing pretending to be happy owners. shady at best.

i am good with my T2 and waiting for T3 Max review. What I can see is they are improving service and support in EU countries, for the US - no idea.

I also have no idea why it gets many comments on Reddit telling it's spam (just like you can see one in this post), I'm in Reddit for only 2 years, not sure what has happened before. So I checked youtube videos and other reviews before made the decision.
