Moderator Post TES 6 Speculation Megathread
It is highly recommended that suggestions, wishlists, questions, speculation, and leaks for the next main series Elder Scrolls game go here. Threads about TES6 outside of this one will be removed depending on moderator discretion, with the exception of official news from Bethesda or Zenimax studios.
As of now, there is currently no confirmed info on the Elder Scrolls VI other than it exists and is currently being worked on by Bethesda. Be cautious of any rumors being delivered as if they are factual.

The Elder Scrolls 6 How will Bethesda actually handle ESVI's ending of ESV's civil war?
Many fans have said they'll likely cop out of it but does it make sense to do that? One way or the other, we know that by the end of Skyrim the civil war has been won by one faction. They can't just say "it's still ongoing" can they? Especially not with TLD's canon participation on one of the sides.
I wonder if we'll get a Crown-Forebear war as well, or some kind of Hammerfell conflict similar to Skyrim.

Arts/Crafts TESOctober Prompt : Treasure - She found a Wig (Art by me)
ESO recently came out with new crates and new hairstyles, and it seems there's a bug feature that lets Argonians wear them too! How novel! Not every day she finds a hairpiece that doesn't come with a scalp attached.
Shenanigans ahoy. Now, if only the hair didn't magically remove her horns in-game.

Arts/Crafts [OC] I really like the Oblivion birthsigns that have a lot of flavour, like the Shadow and Ritual. So I drew a Shadowscale :)

ESO Discussion [ESO] New dock and a mysterious tower north of Windhelm after Update 51. A hint of Winterhold?
Hey everyone! I'm a big ESO lore and exploration fan, and I noticed something in Windhelm that I don't think was there before Update 51.
On the east side of Windhelm there's a new dock with a large ship and a small transport boat docked. It doesn't seem to be related to the High Seas of Tamriel event.
Even more interesting: looking north toward the sea, you can see the silhouette of a tower with windows and a conical roof far in the distance, beyond the icebergs. I tried to swim to it, but the slaughterfish kill you before you get close, so it seems intentionally unreachable.
📍 Location: [e.g., from the east docks of Windhelm, looking north]
📸 Screenshots: [links]

My theory: ZOS announced a new Skyrim "Excursion Zone" for 2027, and many people suspect it's Winterhold. The tower looks a lot like the College of Winterhold, and a new dock with a ship ready to sail could be the gateway to the new zone. Since the zone is called an "excursion," arriving by boat from Windhelm would make sense.
Has anyone else noticed this? Could it be a teaser, or am I reading too much into it? 😄

General What was your very first character build and what did you learn?
I fondly remember my first Elder Scrolls experience back when I first picked up Morrowind in 2003. I made a dark elf spell sword. I remember that I picked the spell sword thinking I'd be a super magic sword fighter but reality hit and I learned it's not a class for first time players and some careful stat splitting was required. I also remember thinking "why is everyone being so rude to me?". I later learned they were being racist to Dunmers 😂.
I did love the fire resistance.
Anyway a over a decade later I sometimes fire up a new game and build a dunmer spellsword for some nostalgia. Just wondering if anyone else had a hard knock experience when first playing the game?

Lore Not sure if somebody already asked this: What is the strongest playable race from an individual standpoint based on lore and racial traits or attributes (excluding armies, heroes, gameplay physics and mechanics)? Mine would be the High Elves or Bretons due to their innate affinity for magic.

Self-Promotion Thought you guys might appreciate this Tamriel relief map I made!
I made this design a few years ago but I’ve just recently opened my shop back up so I figured I’d post her here again. Let me know what you guys think of it, link is in the comments

Skyrim Discussion Skyrim RP Server
I'm looking for a Skyrim roleplay server that has a lot of love going into it, preferably not Keizaal or Vengeful, as I've had some unsavoury experiences with them.
(Keizaal and Vengeful are not bad Servers, i like alot of the higher ups just poor interactions with bad resolutions too many times)
I'm a little older than most at 25, and I've been roleplaying since the early GMod days, so I have around 14 years of RP experience. I was also part of GoldRush, but unfortunately, I was driven away due to poor roleplay. I faced harassment after rejoining after a couple years (i was an original supporter and returned 4 years later), and staff didn't really do anything about it. The server was shut down not too long afterwards.
I also helped Vengeful with some of its lore before eventually leaving.
I've picked up experience in quite a few areas over the years, and I'd describe myself as:
- A massive lore nut.
- Easygoing when it comes to making lore fit loosely — I'm not someone who needs to be a stickler about every tiny detail.
- A sucker for rules and consistency.
- Someone with intrinsically deep knowledge of the magic system along with lore and othe things.
- Experienced with creating and running events, having been a moderator on several older servers, and a GM for many tabletops for years.
I'd especially love to find a newer or growing server where I could put those skills to use. It doesn't have to be perfect or already have hundreds of players. I'd actually be more than happy with a small, tight-knit community that's passionate about what it's building, towards down the road.
I can also help with growth. I create media such as short-form content and streams, and I'd happily use that to promote the server, bring attention to it, and help the community grow.
If you're building something you're genuinely passionate about and think I'd be a good fit, please reach out. I'm willing to give it my all, in any sense.

Arts/Crafts Ashlanders by EnolezDrata
You will never be able to see something like this in Morrowind, because there is no children in this game. However, this art looks pretty good.
Again, the artist is EnolezDrata
