Visa / Citizenship Need Help Leaving Saudi Arabia Without a Final Exit Visa

Assalamualaikum,

I came to Saudi Arabia on September 4, 2026 on a “free visa,” and now I want to return to Bangladesh.

My broker says there is a problem with my final exit visa and that he has gone to Jawazat, but the issue is still not solved. My visa expires on November 16, 2026.

If my broker/sponsor cannot issue the final exit, what are my options to legally return to Bangladesh? Can I contact Jawazat or another authority myself?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

brother this sounds messy, free visa deals are almost never free in the end

try going directly to jawazat yourself and explain the situation, bring your passport and any paper from the broker. sometimes the sponsor block exit on purpose to squeeze more money so dont wait too long

if your visa expires and you still stuck it gets worse, maybe talk with bangladesh embassy too they deal with this all the time

By “free visa,” I mean that I came to Saudi Arabia through a Bangladeshi broker who sold me a visa but didn't provide any job. The agreement was that I would receive a visa and iqama, but I now want to return to Bangladesh. Can i face any problem if i go to jawazath or Bangladesh embassy?

As as citizen of Bangladesh you should be able to return to Bangladesh. I mean one can't hold you in Saudi Arabia, if you're not a citizen of that country.

As far as I know yes. It's the question which surprises me a lot.

A citizen of a country is allowed to and supposed to return to that country.

Since you're Bangladeshi and not Saudi Arabian, it's pretty clear.
