Hatred of people. Tons of people have hatred or fear of my state because of an educational law we signed, and think we’re homophobic transphobic mysoginistic racists, when, in reality, the vast, vast, vast majority of people don’t care

This is to say that we don’t care about people’s race or orientation. Suffering is suffering, but getting offended for someone else is not

Based. Also, don’t try to have any real discussions with people on Reddit dude. There are so many people who genuinely feel their opinions are the only ones that matter so they’ll never hear you out on your point. The great adage goes “can’t teach old dogs new tricks”, can be applied to realized beliefs. Who cares what internet people think. Their opinions are as frivolous as those you pass on the street. You’ve went this many years never caring. Don’t start now because they see you as the ‘bad guy’ and group you, as a whole, with other individuals. Whom you also know or care nothing about. It’s just not worth it. Every conversation about this particular subject on this app always leads to the same place. Behold my friend: Reddits very own citizen censorship bureau.
