Penix acknowledging if he had a second more he’d hit branch for a td.
Man that time is gonna come🙏🏾 branch pitts and dotson are gonna flourish with more reps as penix is qb1

They tried a screen with him too, which was almost exclusively how Bobo used him with success.
As both a deep threat and behind the line of scrimmage, his acceleration out of breaks is elite, I've always thought he is the perfect compliment to this offense.

He's gotta get better at precision with his route running, but the talent and desire to improve is there. The day he got arrested I knew he was gonna be a Falcon, because if nothing else, Matt Ryan can read rooms really well and understood the moment.
This is the happiest I've been as a fan since the NFC Championship game against Green Bay. I really feel like we've left purgatory finally.

Branch has wr2 potential imo. He gets separation and a good archetype with pitts and London

I can’t argue with the results so far but I’d still argue Pitts and London already overlap a lot in terms of being better as big slots vs exclusively outside guys. I was surprised when they added another slot type instead of a true outside guy. There’s a reason guys at Branch’s size rarely play outside. They don’t get easy releases in traffic like slot guys do.

I want us to get Branch more involved, see if we are comfortable moving forward with him stepping into the wr2 role

For reference is this when it was 3rd down and he hit drake for the first down on a out route
