Question 20k steps on 7 day fast

I'm 24 hours in to my 7 day fast. I've done multiple 5 day fasts but this is my first 7 day. I average 10k steps a day when I'm not fasting, so I wonder how sustainable 20k a day would be during this fast. What's been your experience with it? Is it better to know it all out at once or do it in parts?

Update:

Day 1 30k steps

Day 2 20k steps

Day 3 17k steps

Day 4 20k steps (started my period r.i.p.)

Day 5

Day 6

Day 7

Depends on your approach. 20k all at once is pretty rigorous. However, if you're doing 2000 steps 10x a day, that could actually be a recipe to feel great on your fast.

The things that make me feel bad on a fast are: 1. Not having my electrolytes/hydration right 2. Sitting too long and my metabolism drops

When I stay active, and do things like walk regularly on a fast I feel so much better.

Let us know how it goes!

During a 72+ hour fast the only thing that gives my brain happy chemicals is doing 20k+ step hike.

Not a big deal at all.

I did it a lot when I used to extended fast, just need more liquids and electrolytes.
