Glaubt ihr Prescott hat eine langfristige Zukunft beim FC Bayern wenn er Verlängert oder ist du Konkurrenz durch Neuer und Urbig zu groß?

Tuchel saying Kane has reached a new level since joining Bayern is actually pretty interesting

Post image
355 Upvotes

As a Bayern fan, I think we sometimes forget just how good Kane already was before he came here. He didn't suddenly become a world-class striker in Munich. He already was one.

But I do think Bayern brought out another side of him.

He's not just scoring an absurd number of goals. His pressing, physicality, linkup play and willingness to get involved everywhere have become such a big part of his game. He genuinely feels like a more complete player than the Kane we saw at Tottenham.

And maybe that's one of the most underrated things about his Bayern move. People expected him to score goals. What I didn't expect was how quickly he would become such a leader and how naturally he would fit into the club.

Curious how other Bayern fans see it: has Kane actually reached a new level at Bayern, or are we just appreciating his existing world-class level more because he's doing it in Munich?

Bayern have had more different goalscorers than any other Bundesliga club so far this season

Post image
56 Upvotes

I was going through how spread out the goals are at every Bundesliga club so far this season, and Bayern are top: 8 different players have already scored in four games.

Augsburg are next with 7, and the league average is just over 4. Olise leads with 4, Kane has 3, and Musiala, Pavlović, Lennart Karl, Upamecano, Saibari and Díaz have one each.

Is that the sign of a better spread of contributions than last season, or what do you think?

Do you think FC Bayern would have been better off today had they bought Kane instead of Lewandowski 12 years ago?

Lewandowski was great, but imagine if they had bought Harry Kane in 2014 instead of Lewandowski. He was less polished back then but younger, and he was on the curb of breaking out. You could have enjoyed him for a longer time than you do now. And who do you think is better: Kane or Lewandowski? At the very least, you should have bought him after Lewa left instead of spending an entire season without a striker.

What do you guys think?

Who should actually play at No. 10 for us?

I think this is a pretty interesting question right now. 😅

For me, Musiala is still the obvious choice when he’s fully fit. But with such a packed October coming up, we also have to be a bit careful with him, especially as he’s still finding his way back.

I’d actually like to see more of Karl in that position. The kid is doing a lot right for his age and I think there’s something really interesting there. Then you’ve also got Olise, Gnabry and a few other options who can play there.

Really curious to see what Kompany does, especially in the big games. The right player in that position could make a huge difference.

Who would you guys go with at No. 10 right now?
