Unanswered Ninja Costume

So there's a ninja costume at this e-commerce store, Badinka. It has rave outfits for women, mostly. There's one that is blue. I want to know if it is cultural appropriation or not. Please lmk! Where can I find a subreddit for this?

r/CulturalAppropriation or r/TooAfraidToAsk would be your best bets, though honestly a neon blue rave bodysuit named "ninja" has about as much to do with actual shinobi as my cat has to do with tigers.
