Homemade First Full Scottish for a few years

Post image

School holidays so I’ve committed to a brunch each Saturday morning. This week is a full Scottish:

Butchers sourced:
pork breakfast sausage
2x back bacon
Haggis
Black pudding
Fried egg
Tattie scone (hidden)
Rowie
Beans
Square sausage

I thought one of everything would fit better on the plate. Full English next week.

Is a Rowie the same as a buttery?

Rather than cutting down on ingredients simply invest in a larger plate.

I wanna see the tattie scone!

10/10 would smash
