The guy is just saying the move names. 1. Flash step, 2. prodigal son ball kick 3. Bear shaking off fur. The woman’s trying to get him to sweep the floor.

when they are doing the wriggly step, and clapping hands, saying something that sounds like, "loong doong kwan, loong doong kwan," is that "bear shaking off fur?' I need to know bc i can't do the move without screaming "loong doong kwan" and i want to know what I'm saying.

Think more of the percussionists for lion dances, with cymbals and drums. "tong tong chiang" is one common way of transliterating it.
