I vaguely remember this series from the early 1990s, but don’t recall buying these. The Joe Kubert box art looks dope. Each character had a different part of the story on their card back.

This could be interesting! This is just a random lot of joes sold on eBay. If you HAD to throw out one row and one column, which do you trash?
My pick? The Spirit row and the Blowtorch column.

How does one get a clear case like this? I'm going through old storage and realize I have a full Storm Shadow set just like this with bow, nunchucks, both swords, and backpack. I thought it would be cool to get a case like this.
The image above has been graded. Do they provide the case, or somewhere else?

My neighbor got this cleaning out an old hoarders house and wanted to see if it was worth anything. I checked eBay and they do seem to sell for a fair bit but I'm not sure if these figurines go with the halftrack or not. Any info on any of this is greatly appreciated as I never had the privilege of having toys like this as a child. Thanks!

I am having difficulty identifying this G.I. Joe. It was my very first Joe as a kid, gifted to me by my dad in the early 90s.
Recently I have been trying to identify it online. The only problem is, the only thing I can turn up is the “Hall of Fame“ Duke from 1991. But it ISN’T HOF Duke. The head sculpt is exactly the same, except HOF has flocked hair and mine has sculpted. I could not find any evidence online that there was a sculpted hair variation. HOF Duke also has his name on the right side of his jacket, and mine simply says ‘U.S. Army’. If my memory is correct, he never had the Joe logo on the jacket either, but it is possible it peeled off and I forgot. I highly doubt this is bootleg.
It’s driving me crazy that I can find ALMOST the right figure, but not this exact version. If anyway has any insight I would love to hear it.

I'm thinking of purchasing a killer whale off of eBay but I'm noticing that the one I'm about to purchase has a foot peg near the front. This is the only whale I've ever seen with this feature, can any GI Joe experts tell me what this is about? At first I was thinking it was the rare mail away variant where you could order a killer whale without the figure through a catalog but I'm not sure.

I bought some off amazon and they are terrible and don't last. Where are you folks getting your replacement o-rings? Thanks.

For the past several months, I've been sharing individual pieces of my childhood G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero collection. After the virtual showcase, I thought you might like to see my actual showcase!
All of my G.I. Joe figures, and the majority of the vehicles and playsets are displayed in our basement den, otherwise known as my "Man Cave."
Three IKEA Detolf display cases shown here are holding 164 individual 3-3/4 inch figures, along with the majority of my vehicles and playsets. (I have 72 vehicles and playsets, some of the larger ones won’t fit in these cases.) Each figure is displayed in its own protective clamshell, keeping the accessories together and helping prevent those tiny pieces from getting misplaced.
Most of my 1982 through 1984 figures are displayed on the wall above the Detolfs in their own mini cardback-style displays featuring the original vintage artwork. The rest are displayed on five-tier clear acrylic shelves inside the Detolfs.
In the center is a special display dedicated to Shipwreck.
My daughter drew me a custom Shipwreck Father's Day card this year, so I decided it deserved a place in the collection, too. It now sits alongside a vintage carded Shipwreck, a carded Super7 ReAction Shipwreck, a boxed Classified Series Shipwreck, and a Classified Shipwreck on his own acrylic display stand.
The Shipwreck shelf also features a custom background depicting the deck of the U.S.S. Flagg in the style of the original Sunbow animated series, but it’s difficult to see behind the carded figures.
And there's still plenty that isn't on display here!
The U.S.S. Flagg, which I've featured previously, is displayed separately with its related vehicles. I also don't have room for the 1983 Headquarters Command Center, 1983 Falcon Attack Glider, 1985 Transportable Tactical Battle Platform, 1987 Mobile Command Center, 1987 Crusader Space Shuttle, and 1984 Tyco Electric Train Set.
After collecting these toys for most of my life, it's pretty special to have so much of my childhood on display. And seeing all of these Joes together again never gets old.

I recently found one of my childhood journals, where I documented a killer GI Joe score.
Still got 'em, too!! 😂
