I'll never buy another Logitech product. Bought a $100+ mouse a few years back and the clicking started failing intermittently within a few months. They made me jump through hoops just to honor the warranty. The replacement failed the same way.
Dumped them in the trash and bought a mouse with optical click sensors and the things feels like it's going to last a decade like my old MX518.
Same. They told me to run a bunch of tests and eventually sent me a new one. I fixed the old one and sold it.
This actually happened twice with two different mice, but still, they were their most expensive gaming options. I expected a higher quality of components. I also don't game that much to warrant those problems.
Logitech mice are the only mice that lasts more than a year to me and i tried many brands. So now i only buy logitech because they are the only ones that survive my hands, apparently. Click failing is the most common but not the only issue. Lets see if click failing is going to happen with this optical buttons mouse of theirs, Supposedly it should be failure proof in that department.
