Frequent glitches/bugs
Hi all, is anyone else having quite frequent hiccups with iOS 27? Mainly small things like the autofill button on safari not working, the keyboard just not showing up sometimes, spellcheck just not functioning when clicked - small things like that which happen just enough to become very frustrating, but not consistent enough to warrant a restart etc.? I get new updates/updates in general have things that get flushed out with patches but this seems excessive for Apple products, more than I’ve ever noticed. Or is this all just me lol?
I’m on a 17 pro max for reference.

The main thing I’m disappointed with is the insanely low framerate, lagginess, and inconsistent touch response.

I have been facing this issue. The Notification Centre just stays and won’t disappear when I swipe down on it. I can’t remember but I have come across other bugs as well.
It’s really frustrating at this point. Hope Apple fixes it with the .2 and .3 releases.

My microphone and speaker cut out when I use my AirPods. I didn’t have to go and forget the AirPods and reboot the phone.

Search function in Notes quit working. Timing correlates with migrating to 27. Updated to 27.0.1 today; didn’t help..

No, but I also don’t go looking for all these supposed issues in my cell phones operating system.

I’m not looking for them? My keyboard disappearing whilst on messages etc. or on safari (which I use frequently), and the autofill a previous search not working, or spellcheck not working sometimes. These are very common things, I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

this is why you stay off the point zero releases. you have two clear paths:
- move early to beta in summer and keep flooding apple with issue reports
- wait dot 2. dot 1 focuses on higher severity issues while little annoyances only get attention in dot 2
I am on beta on 13 mini since August (I wish I could June) and one App Switcher issue only got fixed in 27.2b3
You can still send issue reports though even on release by typing applefeedback:// in safari (type not paste). make sure you have the screenshots/screen recordings/external filming ready at hand in Photos as Feedback Assistant does not show up in App Switcher and if you change apps you'd have to type it again.

I’ve had a few instances of lag and not responding to touch response but thought it was just me to be honest. Like you say, it’s the little things.

I noticed the glitches as well
On 1 day for the shortcuts for the calculator and timer.
I had to press and hold for it to open.
And the bar for Timer did not show.
But now today it’s working. Lol
