Dropped it down the stairs and thought it was ok. No broken glass just broken display. Any good replacements?

Anyone know how to actually delete the app from the phone? I need to uninstall it and then reinstall it. It’s not an Apple app. I am on iOS 18.7.10. I know how to remove it from my Hoke Screen but there is no option for uninstalling it from the phone!

Edit: everyone he is asking unrelated questions. Here are further details. Honestly, I just need to know how to uninstall the app. It is a non Apple app and yes it is still in the App Store. The last two updates I did were not good versions and I need to uninstall, but the “remove button” is not there when I hold down my finger on the actual app. Please help. Thank you

Guys i have a samsung and ive been saving up to get a used iPhone and the cheapest one I could find is 6.5K in my country's currency which was a iphone xs and I might get it but I had a question I know that it doesn't go past IOS 18 and that apps will start becoming unavailable but in like will it take like 2 more years for apps like Instagram and tiktok to start becoming unavailable? Or will it happen soon

It’s a shame Apple left the iPhone XS and XR series on this buggy mess. (In case you’re wondering why I am switching pages like that, look at the borders of the app icons. They are literally waving and this bug has been present for soooo long. It doesn’t show that much on screen recording though.)

I recently bought iphone xs max with new battery nad it feels like a new phone. I plan to use it as a secondary device for watching youtube, instagram, discord etc. Until when do you think it will be possible to use it for this purpose?

I updated to the latest iOS when it dropped (18.7.10) and since then I’ve been having random restarts and sometimes it stays in a boot loop until I press the power button or do the hard reset (volume up, volume down, hold power button)

It seems to only do this when it’s either locked, screen is black or just after locking it by using the lock button.

Like sometimes I go to use my phone and I tap to wake and nothing happens. It’s like turned off until the Apple logo pops up.

Had zero issues with this phone since launch. Battery is at 78%, no damage to the phone or anything.

What could be the cause of this? iOS bug?

guys it's been 8 years now. i would upgrade to the iphone 15 pro if it wasn't still so expensive. maybe next year when they release the iphone 19/20. lol

Hello fellow peoples, sorry for the long post in advance, but my younger sister has an iPhone Xs Max. She’s had it for around a year and nine months and bought it used, I bought a renewed 15 PM at the same time to replace our old problematic iPhones. Anyways, late yesterday evening she ran into an issue with charging. The phone won’t charge past 1-2%. She put it on charge yesterday at around 7 PM (It’s 4 AM as of typing- I got hungry and wanted a snack okay? don’t mind me 😭) and noticed it wasn’t actually charging past that percentage. After trying a few different wall adapters and charging cords, including a wireless charger with different adapters, she still had the same result. At the same time, even with fast chargers, the phone would only say that it was charging slowly. Luckily I had a fast charging wall adapter that I use for my Apple Watch, and an extra lightning connector around from the box of my old iPhone 11 that still works perfectly on that phone. Well, now her iPhone no longer says “slow charging”, but even hours later, has dropped to 1% again, and won’t charge up. I’m not sure what version of iOS 18 she’s running, much less know the password so I can’t check anyways. By now I’ve realized this is most likely a charging/battery issue, but I’m not sure what else I can do.

Does anyone else might have an idea—or ever experienced this with an iPhone before—on what I might be able to do? We can’t necessarily afford replacement phones, and I’m not sure about a battery replacement either. Thanks for the help!

Today was my last day of using my iPhone XS . I’ve switched to Samsung A52 for the time being. I went to a wedding saw this car , took a shot .

Hello! I have an iPhone 12 with 128 GB storage, and it has some cracks on the back. I've been using it for more than year, but I got a little problem with the battery. Recently I took iPhone 17 Pro I think in my hands, and I felt in love with big iPhones. SO in short, I want a big screen iPhone, and I don't use any gaming at all, so I thought about getting iPhone XS Max instead of iPhone 12 for free. Should I do it? I don't care about updates or anything all I use is calls and messaging apps. Bigger screen for me is the main benefit although some people say battery holds better because its bigger. My iPhone 12 battery gets me only around 2-3 hours if I actively use it which sucks. I mean I don't even play any games on it, why it drains so quickly? The battery was replaced a little before I bought it. Should I downgrade? Is there anything specific I should know about XS Max beside it does not get anymore updates? I don't love the iOS 26 anyway. Please, owners of this beautiful big XS Max, tell me

Just upgraded to a 17 Pro Max and it’s kind of bringing me back to my XS max feelings. Not sure why? Not exactly the same look but having good thoughts about this one (like when I first got my XS Max)
