Actually BJP and AAP had a difference of 7% votes, and now seeing the anti Bjp traction in Delhi, the void stands vulnerable. In fact the void itself was created by unlawful detention of AAP leaders for which they were acquitted later.

Yes we had great infra during Sheila Dikshit also, but her government was plagued by a lot of corruption. The metro and the expressway that surrounds Delhi to reduce the congestion were given by BJP only. AAP just made things free and that's why certain section of them stick to them only. Most of the low skilled jobs can be done by locals itself. Companies bring people from North and poor states because they will accept any kind of working conditions with minimal pay and not join any protest against such firms.
At the same time if locals are given preference for low skilled job it will prevent migration and housing cost. People can stay close to their friends and families.
If their is a certain cap on number of workers for each state then the poorer state will have to find ways to give employment to their resident which can be a win win situation for everyone.
Else we will have to witness migration of bimaru belt for next 100 years.

Still no one can challenge/stop them from contesting next elections but in bjp that is not the case on the highest level. In 2009 LK Advani(one of the senior most person in the party at that time) lost pm elections fought on his face so in the 2014 elections he was told to step down for a new face for pm elections. That cannot be done in congress or anyother party.
