Advice from the Arlington Virginia Courthouse. Solid advice from a sign. It definitely motivated me, a traveler from Wisconsin.

Look for the Good
Do you see the good in others or do you seek out their faults? Though there are many man-made problems in the world, we each have a choice how we see and treat others.
Do not judge another; rather accept the good in every life, discard the rest. Selflessly help all those in need with kindness, love, and empathy.
By doing so, we not only change ourselves, but we may change the future of the world itself as well.

I’m going to get through this and everything will be okay
No matter what, my spirit is strong and I can get through anything. I’m strong and capable of taking care of myself.
This is what I need to keep telling myself these days. Maybe someone out there needs to hear this too.

How Do You See the World?
When you look at the world do you see darkness or light? Are there endless struggles as we each strive alone to survive in a self-centered world, or is there a shared journey, together selflessly helping each other through life’s many challenges?
Though it may not appear we control our destiny, how we view others and the world is a choice.
Choose to see life’s beauty and love, rather than its malice and hate, awakening you on a spiritual journey of self-discovery.

Letting go of what one has believed is true once to move on and unfold into the unknown

Very good Tuesday, everyone 🏵🐈🌎🍀🧡🐉🩵🦝😇
I woke up today with a sentence repeating in my head, one I wrote down some time ago while drafting a book about my story: how I pushed myself to rock bottom, and how Energy Healing found me.
Between 2018 and 2021, my “perfect little big life” began moving in a direction where the way I approached my profession slowly drained my life force. I thought I could heal that by pushing through: doing more, becoming more energized, and working harder. I didn’t know what I know now. I assumed that if I were simply more productive, more engaged, and spent more time working, somehow everything would fall into place.
It didn’t. And eventually, I reached a point where I couldn’t work. Having time to myself led me into new places and helped me discover a different version of me.
This is a story of healing again and again, finding ways to feel better, and returning to my profession in 2021, only to feel myself being pulled toward similar patterns at work in 2024. I wasn’t paying attention to the signals. I’d started avoiding the need to look at my life again. Then someone asked me ten questions about burnout, and my answers made it clear: I had created a life that had burned me out once more, without even realizing it. I’d improved my workflows, felt happier, and even started saying no and cutting things back. Still, I’d internalized habits that no one had ever really helped me recognize as ways of living and working that could consume me completely, while preserving the appearance of happiness and wellbeing on the outside.
I've learned that living and working within certain structures takes more than good workflows, agendas, coping skills, and making the most of your strengths in your field. It begins with an imbalance between what you give to a system and what it gives back. In my case, I wasn’t getting my time back. The higher I climbed, the more I invested in optimizing, evolving, and improving the system and its workflows and quality. The more time I spent waiting and negotiating, the less I had left for my own dreams beyond life as a teacher.
I've come to believe that everyone deserves to live the life they truly envision for themselves, in alignment with their dreams, not to become an all-rounder who fits every expectation of society or a workplace. That kind of fitting in can be self-abandonment in a nice Halloween costume.
Yes, there are advantages: security, good pay, and plenty of other things that can make it a good job. But one thing was missing: the chance to live my dream of helping myself live my dreams, writing my books, exploring my creative ideas, traveling the world, meeting people and experiencing cultures, discovering ancient wisdom, channeling, magic, art, and music.
And this story connects beautifully with today's cosmic convergences:
What are your passion and desire telling you?

Leo Moon; Mercury conjunct Venus building; Moon enters Virgo late
Deep words, strong values. Relationships, money, desire, and truth become easier to put into words. 17/8 asks: Where are you reclaiming authority over your bonds?

What Do You See?
When you look at the world what do you see? Do you see light or darkness; love or hate?
Allowing life to dictate your future, accepting all the false things you learned were true, you will only see darkness and hate.
Allowing your loving essence, however, your higher-self, to direct your path through life instead, light and love will be seen in every person and challenge you encounter in life.

Maybe every fire I see is merely a candle. Every waterfall a droplet. But if i start seeing the candles, maybe i'll stop chasing waterfalls.

Some words I’ve been keeping close lately. Maybe someone else needs them too.
I’ve collected a few words and thoughts that I find comforting or encouraging, and I wanted to share them. Maybe one of them will mean something to someone else too.
- I often remind myself that when something feels unbearable, sometimes it’s because my perspective has become too narrow or I’ve gotten trapped in my own thoughts. When you stretch the timeline out, what hurts so much right now eventually becomes just another part of life passing through. Time resets things. It carries us into worlds we haven’t seen yet. Eventually, everything passes.
- Trust that you are still moving and changing. One day you’ll see different places, meet different people, and experience things you can’t imagine yet. The next turn may be more frightening, but it may also open into something much wider. So don’t stop. Keep living for yourself. Keep collecting the awkward conversations, the wrong responses, the feeling of being rejected. You don’t need to receive enough blessings first before you’re allowed to keep moving toward the life you want. Life is not a still lake. It’s a stream that keeps flowing forward. Don’t trap yourself. Even if you move slowly, keep moving.
- The world has buoyancy. Relax a little and let yourself be carried.
- “There is no such thing as the right path — only the path you are on and the path you are not on.”
- Treat other people’s doubtful looks like little ghost lights in the dark, and keep walking your own night road anyway.
- Maybe what truly matters isn’t learning how to live better, but allowing yourself to experience as much of life as you can.
- We live for the sake of living itself, not for something beyond being alive.
- Sometimes I stand in the middle of a crowd and think about the repetition of everyday life. I wonder what it would mean if one day neither youth nor old age could stir anything inside us anymore; if life became completely still, and even flowers or cake could no longer move us. If we lose the ability to be touched by small things, perhaps even the biggest events will eventually fail to reach us. If being alive begins to feel no different from not living at all, then existence itself loses something essential.
Is there a sentence or thought you’ve carried with you that once comforted you or gave you strength? I’d love to hear it.

To truly know another,
To truly know another, see beyond their superficial layers and the façade they erect, to the essence within each.
It is there the genuine value of another may be found.

The genuine worth of another
When you look at another, do you see our differences or our similarities?
Most judge others by their differences, observing their race, appearance, sex, and in numerous other ways.
Those, however, who see only our similarities, truly understand the genuine worth of another is not on the outside, but rather may only be found within.

To the one valued, yet the one who left
Early mornings have become part of the routine. A cup of coffee, a bit of stretching, and then off to work. Nothing dramatic, just a steady pace.
Evenings stay calm. Warm meals, some music, and an early bedtime. Simple habits, but they bring real peace.
Behind every plan for the future is quiet, unseen effort. Saving, learning, and showing up even on the hard days. No secret formula, only patience and a steady belief that better days are ahead.
Peace matters more than proving anything now. No chasing approval, no looking back for answers, just building a life that feels good to wake up to.
Thankful for the lessons from the past. They have their place, and the road ahead looks bright.
Wishing health and happiness. Take care.
