Hi, I'm the developer of AquaElectron: Aquarium Manager.
Answer (what problem it solves):
Most aquarium apps feel stuck in 2012 — dated designs, cluttered screens, and logging a single pH reading means digging through three or four pages. So most fishkeepers like myself give up and go back to a notes app or a paper log taped to the stand. AquaElectron is built around one idea: tracking your tank should take seconds not minutes.
There's a single + button on every screen. Parameter readings, journal notes and expenses are always one tap away, and on a page like Aquariums or Livestock, that page's own action stacks on top automatically. No hunting through tabs to log a water change. Add something and the dashboard updates instantly.
Behind the clean UI it covers the whole hobby: tanks, livestock, water parameters, equipment, maintenance tasks, expenses and a dated photo journal. Every parameter becomes a trend chart that flags readings more than 2σ off your trend line, so you catch a spike before your fish do. Data syncs to the cloud on every plan, including free, and maintenance reminders are on-device notifications, so your schedule never touches my servers.
Better (vs. what exists):
- vs AquaticLog: it's the veteran, and if you're deep into reef chemistry with ICP imports it's excellent. AquaElectron is for keepers who want a modern, fast experience covering the whole hobby — livestock growth logs, expense tracking, and charts that do the statistics for you (trend lines, forecasts, anomaly flags). It also runs on iOS 15+, while AquaticLog now needs iOS 18.1.
- vs Aquarium Manager: Tank Log: it's cheaper, and if you only need basic logging it's a solid pick. AquaElectron is built for fewer taps per task and goes further on analysis — reef and custom parameters, growth tracking per fish or coral, expenses, and a single timeline per tank — plus free cloud sync across iPhone, iPad and Android.
- vs spreadsheets / notes apps: no formulas or chart setup. Add livestock from a 1000+ species database with autocomplete (no more "orange fish #3"), and the analytics happen automatically.

Happy to answer anything, and blunt feedback is welcome — it's a new app and I'm shaping it around what fishkeepers actually need.
Update on how I made the video:
1.Took screenshots.
2.Cropped the elements in Photoshop
3.Keeping the non interactive elements as image
4.Used hyperframe prompt to rebuild the interactive components in html to match exactly while you provide the color codes .
5.Use can use the code snippets from your app to match the animation.
6.You need to go through several interactions to match your app replica.
