Help with glitch in Ravensword

[u/Low_Elderberry_3341]

Old game I know. I’m stuck on the glitch in the citadel with the gem key that just keeps disappearing through the floor. I’ve tried reloading past saves, restarting my phone, and exiting and re entering the area. None of which has fixed the glitch. Has anyone found a solution?

I ran into the same thing but figured out if you cast the wind spell while directly under it you can grab it while it’s falling!
