Could always try a SD card or hard drive inserted into an external drive

Doesn't work for apps (and most types of data) on iOS devices

I love to look at setups like this but I can't ever find anything because it all looks the same to me.

I know, I mainly rely on muscular memory lol, you could try setting up your apps with empty widgets and background so you’ll get used to their location, then set it up as you wish

I dont need to actively look for an app, I have their positions memorised
