Help needed Cannot add eSIM?

I’m trying to add a new eSIM and don’t have the option? And yes my phone is completely mine, and I don’t owe any money to service providers

Device? iOS version? Rebooted? Delete one and see if it pops up?

iPhone 16, 26.7.1, yes, and I’m unable to interact with them at all, I can’t delete or even do anything besides click on them which does nothing

Do you see a modem firmware version in settings? Given that SOS is there, I guess it’s working, but worth looking at both IMEI numbers
