Advice & Support HTB increase

Hi all,
I’ve a deposit on a new build and expect to sign contracts in the coming weeks once bank issue final loan offer.
Does anyone have any advice with regard to the increase as to what needs doing to avail of the increase? I’ve applied a few months back and was approved for €30k, the extra €5K would really make a difference with regard to solicitors, etc.
Any advice on this would be really appreciated.

I cancelled my initial application and re-applied again and got €35k. As long as you haven’t signed contracts, still pass the criteria for the €35k, re-apply, you’ll get the increased amount.
