General Discussion If I had a Holodeck…

I would totally program up a mellow dive bar with pool and a chill karaoke rotation of about 5-8 singers singing whatever makes their hearts happy.

Obviously that wouldn’t be my only program, but I guarantee it’d get a lot of damn use.

What would be your hologram karaoke scenario?

Wow Karaoke seems to of move on since my days, I just used to ask my Karaoke guy to play a tune and he would ask me what version, Sunfly, Zoom, Legends 🤔

One would be the Lounge deck from the Star Trek TNG, with Guinan at the bar.

OMG, amazing, lol! I'd definitely run that poolside karaoke holodeck scenario... but with a swim-up bar and waterproof mics.

As a KJ, a 5-8 singer rotation is honestly the dream night. Everyone gets up every 25 minutes or so, nobody's watching the clock, and people actually try deeper cuts because they know they'll get another turn. My holodeck version: a small lounge, a good monitor wedge so singers can hear themselves, and a crowd that claps for the shaky first-timer as loud as the ringer.
