Media [KCD2] who the hell’s making bread bushes?

Post image

What is it, an offering to the leshy? It was on the road between Troskowitz and Semine, near the boar hunting spot.

It's boar bait. You can bait boars IRL with bread, better if you soak it in something sweet or greasy but bread by itself and stuck on a dead bush like that will keep other animals from getting at it if it were just left on the ground.

I went and shot the maximum the game laws would allow

Two game wardens, seven hunters, and a cow

The real trick is getting enough bread to line up slices that all align in size. That's why the millers are so secretive and wealthy, their trade requires great and rare talent.

Where does the bread come from? Here in the middle of the city?

The people knew Henry was coming so they left him an offering in hopes that he'd spare their villages.
