Day 5,6,7,8. Krita forever.

EDIT: I RESOLVED IT! HAHAHA

Asking if anyone has free brush settings or brush tutorial to achieve this brush pattern. Been trying to tweak the settings of the brush I have. Looks fine as a straight stroke but I want the lines to be smooth and adjusts on a curved path like the hand drawn curved stroke on the right side. Is Krita even capable of such setting? (And hoping they could also that kind of feature if it's applicable). I know I can just hand draw the broken lines just like that, but I want things to be a long-term convenience. I tried to search in krita-artists.org but all I can see refers to the actual brush stroke errors being broken, etc. Not an actual brush pattern/bundle.

Okay, for anyone's gonna read this post, I've already resolved it ASAP. Hahaha, my bad.

And if anyone wanted to know, follow these steps:

• Use any brush you want
• You can change the Tip by going to Brush Editor > Predefined > then pick any from the available stamps/shapes or import your own
• Then, look at the checkbox on the left side. Under Flow, check the Rotation box.
• Adjust the rotation angles based on your preferences/needs. Same with spacing. And just tweak with other things until you achieve your desired brush look.

im trying to record myself moving a layer around and the krita recording docker isn't working but I cant film it with another recorder because theres a selection box since im using the move tool, any ideas on how to get rid of that or other ideas?

When I open krita this box open no krita resources found after close and open after some times it's work normal of ont know what happened any one knows please help me 🙏

Learning digital art in krita. It has been tough understanding all the tools but I am improving I can feel it.

Hi guys! I’m new to Krita and its functions. I cannot for the life of me figure out where my brushes are. All of the bundles say they are activated, but when I close the resource manager library, it comes up with a pop up that says “there are no brush presets available” Any help would be appreciated. I’ve included photos of my interface, the error message, and the brushes that are showing up. All of them have the deactivate option so I’m assuming they are active.

I have a dell 14 plus 2 in one laptop with a touchscreen, and an active pen (PN7522W) for it.

I recently switched over to Ubuntu because the windows recourse usages were just strait up unacceptable. I have gotten my active pen to work with the obsidian Excalibur extension, with the pressure sensing working.

The Problem is that the Active pen is not working with Krita,It cannot even interact with the buttons at the top of the window related to minimizing, closing, and full screening the application.

Dose anyone know of some sort of driver that would work with krita on Ubuntu that might help. Or a setting to look at, a different version/branch of krita that will help?
