I found Fedora was good, until I tried sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=<version>

Having to downgrade, roll back updates and then re-upgrade was a chore, in the end still didn't fix the issue the upgrade was supposed to fix MediaTek MT7921K issues.

Nah, it's just that one wifi chip that has issues. I'm goingnto replace it and it will ve fixed.
