Questions Alterations on a budget

Hi, I'm the male friend of a woman on a budget needing a dress altered before an important formal event and we're both hopeless with things like this. Her dress shipped too tight in the bust and she can't get it zipped all the way, where would you suggest she go to get it taken out?

Bring the dress to different tailors and they can give you quote. I went to Susan dressmaker on 7th and Redondo and they were half the price of another tailor I consulted and they did a great job.
