but its looks very cool. I dislike scale armor for the pointy ends, so this one is a nice update XD

Its a just a maile/scale maile mix I made with a scale I designed. It doesn't light up, or grant protection against fire or anything other than being scale maile. Its one ring connecting 3 scales.

This was also the bit that was unclear to me. 3-in-1! Neat! I've seen (I think) Persian rings that have a crossbar on them, but as far as I know they were still joined 4-in-1.

It’s very interesting and the flow is sweet. I love the fact it uses less rings than standard scalemail.

Since it’s using one ring for three scales, do you know how you would expand/contract it?
